Must be located in Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Qualifications:
*Business name and address with state tax ID number or business license must be supplied
*Accounts must have a domestic (48) states “sold to” and “ship to” address.
*Those account applications not meeting these criteria will not be immediately disregarded, but there may be more regulatory issues to be addressed prior to licensing.
Payment:
*We accept MasterCard, and Visa. Advance payments are also accepted.
*Your company checks are also accepted but shipment will not commence until payments clear on original orders and buy ins.
*Shipping via Fed-Ex Ground or UPS Ground service is prepaid in the continental U.S.
Overweight items are shipped via truck freight. You are responsible for all shipping charges on these services.
Returns:
*Returns will require authorization except for defective products, which may be returned with explanation form completed on the back of the original invoice.
Backorders:
*In the event of a partial backorder, we will ship any available products; however, you may request that we hold the order until it is full.
Pricing:
*Pricing for your company see attached response after accepted application.
Exceptions: Battery orders exceeding 10 lifeline marine or sun xtender renewable energy batteries, will receive free freight.
Payment terms are 30 days.
