BD Batteries works with it's customers to resolve disputes, because let's face it, that is best for both of us!!! However, the legal jargon below stands firmly.
BD Batteries appreciates your business, and in kind, we inspect all incoming shipments of product to insure proper and satisfactory operation at our warehouse. When operated under normal operating conditions, BD Batteries products will provide years of dependable service.
BD Batteries accepts warranty for items during shipping and delivery only. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment at time of reception. Should there be any damage, missing product, or otherwise incorrectly packaged product it is the customer's responsibility to do the following:
notify the staff at BD Batteries within 96 hours of the problem
repackage product using original packaging (product in alternative packaging may be refused)

All manufacturer's warranties shall be the sole remedy of the Customer, and the sole liability of BD Batteries to the customer. BD Batteries will not be responsible for any labor or back charges without prior written consent. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANGTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE, INTENDED OR IMPLIED, AND BD BATTERIES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. Manufacturers' warranty and liability information is the customer's sole recourse for legal action regarding the fitness for purpose, and merchantability of the items. In addition it is reccomended that individuals not well versed in electrical installations request the help of a trained Master Electrician, or ASE certified mechanic to guide the purchase of items for their installation.
BD Batteries will not under any circumstances, whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, or revenues, loss of other goods or associated equipment or damages to any associated equipment, cost of capital or labor, cost of substitute products, facilities or services, down time costs, or claims of claimant’s customers.
In the event that the customer shall be unable to repair or replace a BD Batteries product as required above, exhausted all legal means of remedy, and dropped ceased legal action, BD Batteries will usually replace the defective product while under the factory warranty period. The foregoing remedy of repair or replacement by BD Batteries shall be the sole and exclusive discression of BD Batteries, and shall not be required by any law or ordinace as those are discussed above.
Please note: All distributors must use FIFO when replacing their inventory.
We will not warranty outdated batteries, due to distributors error in selling inventory.
Free Shipping is for all domestic 48 states in the United States only.
The client will be responsible for VAT, applicable taxes, fuel surcharges, other shipping charges, surcharges, fees, customs clearance fees etc. on orders outside the 48 contiguous states. Retail customers, those buying through this website, will have the quote and delivery process initiated. BD Batteries reserves the right to refund any order for international shipping complication reasons.
Port of your choice.
International vendors, and bulk customers shall take delivery on bulk shipments at any Domestic (48 states) port, after certified funds have been received by BD. These customers shall be responsible for their own shipping from said port. No international credit card bulk orders - International Credit Card orders are strictly at the discression of BD Batteries. We reserve the right to refund any credit card purchase on an international order for these reasons.
Bulk International orders must be placed via fax, contact form, email, or phone due to these issues.
